徐州市大刘煤矿是一个生产能力为年产6万吨的地方煤矿。该矿划分三个生产水平。第一水平(—300m)由于地层倒转,导致太原组石灰岩含水层覆盖于七、九层煤之上;第四系冲积层下部砂姜含水层覆盖于煤层露头之上,二种水体直接威胁安全生产,致使该水平均约82万吨储量(可采储量)至今尚列为呆滞煤量未能回采。为了给解放第一水平82万吨含水层下压煤量提供经验和依据,大刘煤矿决定首先在南二采区进行含水层下九层煤试采工作。现根据已搜集到的有关技术资料,对其开采的可行性进行分析探讨。

In order to provide the experience and basis for liberating 820,000 tons of aquifer under the first level, the Dalai Coal Mine decided to begin the trial production of the nine layers of coal under the aquifer in the No.2 mining area. Based on the collected technical data, the feasibility of its exploitation is analyzed and discussed.
