电力综合自动化监控系统,是监控中心监控所辖无人值班站的主要工具,它替代了变电站部分常规一次、二次设备,在事故异常时,监控站主要通过厂站上传的各种遥测、遥信、信息判断事故的现象,并及时处理。由于监控系统或通讯异常导致一些信息上传不全,将导致事故被耽误处理。事故异常期间存在干扰信息,降低监控值班员对信息判断的正确率,对电网的安全稳定运行、居民、厂矿企业等用户的安全供电造成巨大威胁。结合自身多年监控运行工作经验,以此对计算机监控系统的事故漏报原因、措施进行分析探讨,旨在为监控缩短事故信息的处理时间,优化系统的功能、提高监控质量。
