新出台的统一司法考试虽然仍明显体现着磨练考生记忆力的倾向,但其分析性和灵活性较之以往的律考已大大增强,这也是司法考试的发展趋向。我国的法学教育应当更多的关注如何切实培养和提高学生分析、解决问题的能力。具体到国际经济法学教学上,教师可以在研究国际经济法学课程和司法考试命题特点的基础上,结合国内外关于法律职业教育的理论和实践,在教学中突出国际经济法体系每一部分的主要知识点,通过综合理论讲解和司法考试真题分析的方法来改进国际经济法教学,使学生能够在接受日常本科教育的同时接受法律职业培训,为参加司法考试以及从事法律实务奠定基础。
Although the newly introduced unified judicial examination still clearly reflects the tendency to hone the memory of candidates, its analytical and flexibility features have been greatly enhanced compared with the previous ones.
