对苦豆子健康植株和种子内的内生细菌进行分离,共获得41株内生细菌。同一植株分离内生细菌的数量:种子和根部最多,茎和叶部较少。采用平板对峙培养方法筛选出3株对植物病原菌有明显体外颉颃活性的菌株XKGKDB19、NDZKDB29和NDZKDB25。其中NDZKDB29菌株表现广谱抗菌活性。经16S rRNA基因序列分析鉴定,3株高活性菌株分属于黄芪叶瘤杆菌(Phyllobacterium ifriqiyense)、弯曲假单胞菌(Pseudomonas geniculata)和固氮阴沟肠细菌(Enterobacter cloacae)。
41 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated from the healthy plants of Sophora alopecuroides and endophytic bacteria in the seeds. The number of endophytic bacteria isolated from the same plant: the largest seed and root, stem and leaf less. Three strains XKGKDB19, NDZKDB29 and NDZKDB25 with obvious antagonistic activity to plant pathogens were screened by plate confrontation culture method. NDZKDB29 strain showed broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. The 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis identified three highly active strains belonging to the genus Phyllobacterium ifriqiyense, Pseudomonas geniculata and Enterobacter cloacae.
