目的了解上海市浦东新区卫生和计划生育委员会监督所的绩效考核情况,找出薄弱环节,提升工作效率。方法收集2012—2015年的绩效考核数据并建立数据库,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果绩效考核指标体系在参考相关机构指标体系的基础上,综合考量,全面反映了卫生监督的工作情况。考核成绩具有一定的季度变化,不同部门季度考核成绩的变化情况基本一致;不同年份的“年度工作完成情况”考核项得分相差较大,2012年最低,2014年最高;不同部门的“年度工作完成情况”考核项得分分布相对均衡。结论进一步做好绩效考核应从不断完善绩效考核指标体系,提高部门负责人和部门成员对绩效考核工作的重视程度,完善数据统计与数据分析,促进卫生监督工作和绩效管理的常态化,考核形式多样化等方面着手。
Objective To understand the performance appraisal of Shanghai Pudong New Area Health and Family Planning Commission Supervision Office to find the weak links and enhance the work efficiency. Methods The performance appraisal data from 2012 to 2015 were collected and the database was built. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results The performance appraisal index system comprehensively considered the work of health supervision on the basis of reference to the index system of relevant agencies. The results of the examination have some quarterly changes, and the changes of the quarterly examination scores in different departments are basically the same. In different years, the score of “annual work completion” test items differs greatly, with the lowest in 2012 and the highest in 2014; the scores of “ Annual work to complete ”test scores relatively balanced distribution. Conclusion To further improve the performance appraisal, we should continuously improve the performance appraisal index system, increase the emphasis of department heads and departmental members on performance appraisal work, perfect the data statistics and data analysis, promote the normalization of health supervision and performance management, And so on.
