经济市场化与政治民主化是金大中政府的两大施政主张。本文探讨金大中政府在韩 国经济结构调整中的作用，对其做出评价与分析。认为韩国经济由政府主导走向民间 主导的混合经济是不可逆转的长期趋向，但在短期内仍面临诸多的问题，政府职能与 作用仍有待于进一步转变。
Economic marketization and democratization of politics are two major governance ideas of the Kim Dae-jung government. This article explores the role of Kim Dae-jung’s government in the readjustment of the economic structure of South Korea and makes an evaluation and analysis of it. It is an irreversible and long-term trend to think that the South Korean economy is led by the government to a private-led mixed economy. However, it still faces many problems in the short term, and the government’s functions and functions still need to be further transformed.
