近年来,随着股权激励在我国受重视程度的不断增加,理论界、实践中都对这一问题进行了深入的研究与实践。特别是在我国的一些高科技企业、民营企业、国有控股的企业中,很多都实行了股权激励的方式,甚至有的民营企业将股权激励手段视为搞活企业业务发展的灵丹妙药。那么,我们究竟该如何认识股权激励?不同的股权激励类型的共同点与区别何在?股权激励的内在机制与适用的内在条件是什么?如何防止企业的股权激励走向误区呢?这些将是本文主要探讨的问题。
In recent years, with the increasing attention of equity incentive in our country, both theoretician and practice have conducted in-depth research and practice on this issue.
