目的:通过在正常产患者中实施临床路径,探讨临床路径在提高医疗质量、降低医疗成本方面的作用。方法:对该院1999年6月～2008年10月371例正常产患者实施临床路径管理并作为观察组,并随机取同期正常产病例394例设为对照组。两者行住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度及员工满意度方面的比较。结果:入选观察组的病例较对照组病例平均住院天数缩短了2.38天,平均住院费用减少了32.71%,且观察组医患满意度均得到明显提高。结论:实施临床路径管理可提高医疗质量,降低医疗费用,增强医患和谐。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of clinical pathways in improving medical quality and reducing medical costs by implementing clinical pathways in patients with normal births. Methods: Clinical pathology was administered to 371 normal patients in our hospital from June 1999 to October 2008 and served as the observation group, and 394 normal patients were randomly selected as the control group. The comparison of hospital days, hospitalization costs, patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction were made. Results: The average length of stay of patients in the observation group was 2.38 days shorter than that in the control group, the average cost of hospitalization was reduced by 32.71%, and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly improved. Conclusion: The implementation of clinical path management can improve the quality of medical care, reduce medical costs and enhance the harmony between doctors and patients.
