集体备课是集众人智慧采众家之长,加强集体备课可以提高教学效益,实现资源共享。集体备课对课程改革、学校发展、教师成长所起的作用不可否认,但集体备课在实施过程中的形式化、低效化、教条化现象也日益严重,使集体备课流于形式。目前集体备课最主要的问题是教师的积极性、参与度不高,究其原因是多方面的。
