心理学研究表明,成就意识是人的高层次需要。在参加校长岗位培训过程中,我认真学习管理心理学理论,总结自己的学校管理实践,进一步认识到,学校教职工的需要心理有其独特的职业特点,尤其是教师,他们从事的是精神劳动,因而成就意识更加强烈。因此,激发学校教职工的成就意识是优化学校管理的重要方法。一、要公平客观地激发教职工的成就意识学校教职工希望校领导尊重信任他们,公平合理地分配他们的工作,客观地评价他们的实绩,使他们都享有经过自己的努力获得成功的机遇。如果校长分配工作不公平,评价实绩不客观,就会挫伤教职工工作的成就意识,影响学校管理目标的实现。有一年我们在“应试
