在人事档案管理领域引入新公共服务理论,对于缓解社会转型时期我国人事档案管理中出现的矛盾,优化公共信息资源管理,保障人事档案相对人基本权利具有十分重要的意义。文章探讨了新公共服务理论的基本内涵、新公共服务理念在人事档案管理中的体现、新公共服务理念对人事档案管理工作的推进等问题。
The introduction of new public service theory in the field of personnel records management is of great significance in alleviating the contradictions in the management of personnel files in our country during the period of social transformation, optimizing the management of public information resources and guaranteeing the basic rights of the relatives in the personnel files. The article discusses the basic connotation of the new public service theory, the new public service concept reflected in the personnel file management, the new public service concept on the personnel file management and other issues.
