目前,我们学校的德育工作在一定程度上仍存在着形式简单化,内容空、方法旧,灌输说教多、感情沟通少等问题。教育是为了培养人的健康身心及知识的丰富性、多样性的,道德教育是基础。德育教育要落到实处,才能促进学生各方面健康发展。因此,教育要改变重智轻德轻情的教育观念和教育行为,以德育人,以情育人,实施富有亲和力的德育教育。 At present, the moral education work in our school still exists some problems such as simplification of form, empty content, old methods, inculcation and persuasion, and less emotional communication. Education is to develop people’s physical and mental health and richness of knowledge, diversity, moral education is the foundation. Moral education should be implemented in order to promote the healthy development of all aspects of students. Therefore, education should change the educational concepts and education behaviors that emphasize intelligence, lightness and morality, and implement moral education with moral education and affection education.
