建立服务型、创新型政府是现阶段我国行政改革的目标指向,它需要政府可以顺意民意,在工作方法、内容、流程、目的等都采用公开方式,为广大群众与社会提供有效、细心、方便的帮助。其中政府网站是建设服务型政府的一个重要途径,我国对于政府网站的建设也在不断深入,但是,伴随群众、政府两者间需求越来越多,怎样才能构建起完善、全面的政府网站交互式的交流功能就成摆在政府网站工作人员面前的一项重要任务。本文针对当前我国政府网站建设中存在的问题,引入新一类互联网应用的统称Web2.0理念,对政府门户网站建设提出合理、科学意见,同时尝试着更一步得出在信息时代大背景下,服务型政府门户网站构建的有效方法。
The establishment of a service-oriented and innovative government is the target of our country’s administrative reform at this stage. This article aims at the current problems in the construction of government websites in our country and introduces a new concept of Web2.0, which is a general term of Internet applications. It puts forward reasonable and scientific opinions on the construction of government portals. At the same time, it tries to reach a conclusion that under the background of information age, An effective way to build a service government portal.
