Among resource users with disabilities in the group of people with disabilities who either have cognitive impairments such as hearing loss, hearing loss, blindness, visual impairment, etc., or those that cause disability due to aging, these physical or cognitive impairments mean They need special metadata and interfaces for their needs while browsing through the web. Although each person’s disability varies, each situation has some things in common. It is the main content of this paper that the common ground is described through the establishment of a meta-data application framework that enables the information system to adjust the display and function of network information according to the description of the metadata schema while ensuring the privacy of disabled users. The author of the paper presents a new element for DC metadata: DC: Adaptability, which uses this element to describe a personal (anonymous) metadata schema with disabilities and proposes a set of canonical terms for that element, including display, control, content The three broad categories have a total of 22 canonical terms that take care of the user’s personal privacy and do not imply any type of disability and personal needs or preferences. The authors also explain that the platform can be used not only to provide personalized information display and operation for disabled users, but also to provide a personalized system display for general users.
