本文首先根据改炉实践和传热学基本原理对国内外公认的、辐射拱反射原理换热的传统观点进行了否定,提出了以“再辐射”为主的换热原理。根据这一原理,在拱长和拱高相同的情况下。辐射拱的换热性能与形式无关。在以上的基础上推导出了一整套辐射换热的计算公式。按照这套公式的大量计算表明;在诸影响因素中,拱长对传热系统总交换面积的影响最大,其次是拱高。在上述原理指导下,通过实践提出了使用效果良好的三种超低对流型型;即带水平出口段后拱,人字形后拱和中拱。
