文化消费是拉动文化产业发展的火车头,也是制定文化产业发展规划的主要依据。根据北京市社科院首都文化发展研究中心与北京市委宣传部最近对海淀区、朝阳区、怀柔县三个区县居民文化消费所进行的问卷调查,1998年三区县户均文化消费支出为19268元。这次调查,是按人口职业结构比例抽样填写,根据今天北京居民消费实际状况,共开列了8大类35个文化消费项目,不含广告业、拍卖业、文化经纪业、版权贸易业等与居民无关的行业所发生的消费。其中不在上述圈定的文化产业范围内所发生的消费,有学历教育消费,占12.9%,信息工具购置费占13%,旅游消费占有11.3%(内
Cultural consumption is the locomotive driving the development of cultural industries and the main basis for formulating the development plan for cultural industries. According to a survey conducted recently by the Beijing Municipal Academy of Social Sciences Capital Culture Development Research Center and Beijing Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department about the cultural consumption of residents in Haidian, Chaoyang and Huairou counties, the average expenditure per capita of the three districts in 1998 was 19,268 yuan. According to the actual consumption of residents in Beijing today, a total of 35 cultural and consumption items in 8 major categories are included in the survey, excluding the advertising, auction, cultural brokerage and copyright trade industries.
