项目管理是施工企业的重要对外窗口,也是企业综合效益的重要来源,而项目经理是项目的直接管理者和核心人物,是项目成功的关键。因此,施工企业项目经理人才队伍的建设对企业的生存发展极为重要。本文以中国水电建设集团旗下某全资子公司为例,简要分析了当前水电施工企业项目经理人才队伍建设的现状和普遍存在的问题、产生问题的原因以及应采取的对策措施等,就如何加强水电施工企业项目经理人才队伍的建设作了初步探讨。
Project management is an important external window for construction enterprises and an important source of comprehensive benefits for enterprises. The project manager is the direct manager and key person of the project, which is the key to the project’s success. Therefore, the construction project management personnel team construction of the survival and development of enterprises is extremely important. In this paper, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Hydropower Construction Group as an example, a brief analysis of the construction of the current hydropower project manager project management personnel of the status quo and ubiquitous problems, the causes of the problem and the countermeasures to be taken on how to strengthen Hydropower construction project manager project team made a preliminary discussion.
