提出了一种面向过程工业的基于Aspen Plus过程模拟与Excel软件相结合的HAZOP量化分析方法,该方法首先对给定的具体过程工艺进行传统的HAZOP定性分析,其次基于Aspen Plus建立该过程工艺的模拟流程,并确定与HAZOP引导词相关的关键操作参数,对这些参数进行模拟分析,获得其不同程度的偏差对系统造成的影响,从而实现HAZOP工艺参数的偏差及事故危险等级的量化;分析过程中利用ASW(Aspen Simulation Workbook)记录有效偏差对系统的影响,结合预先开发好的Excel分析模板,最终形成HAZOP定量分析报告,文中利用某厂氯乙烯合成的工业实例对本方法进行了阐述。
A process-oriented HAZOP quantitative analysis method based on Aspen Plus process simulation combined with Excel software is proposed. The method firstly carries out the traditional HAZOP qualitative analysis for a given specific process process, and secondly establishes the process process based on Aspen Plus Simulation process and to determine the key operating parameters associated with the HAZOP guide word, the simulation analysis of these parameters, to obtain the impact of different degrees of deviation on the system in order to achieve HAZOP process parameters and accident risk level of quantification; analysis process In this paper, ASW (Aspen Simulation Workbook) is used to record the influence of effective deviation on the system. Combined with the pre-developed Excel analysis template, HAZOP quantitative analysis report is finally formed. The industrial example of vinyl chloride synthesis in a factory is described in this paper.
