情感素质是建筑类专业高职学生应当具备的基本素质和技能,是未来从事建筑类各个岗位应当具备的前提条件,对学生进行情感素质教育是高职教育的必然要求。建筑类专业有其自身培养特征,通过仿真建设工程承发包模式,在第二课堂实现学生素质教育,完成学生世界观、人生观、价值观教育,使学生养成良好的生命伦理意识、职业道德意识、人际关系交往意识、遵纪守法意识等,培养具有坚忍不拔、永不言败的抗挫折能力和自我发展素质的应用人才。
Emotional quality is the basic qualities and skills that should be possessed by higher vocational students in architecture major. It is the prerequisite for all kinds of posts in architecture in the future. Emotional quality education for students is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational education. The construction specialty has its own characteristics of training. Through the simulation construction project contract mode, students ’quality education can be realized in the second class and students’ world outlook, outlook on life and values education can be completed. Students can develop good bioethical awareness and professional ethics awareness, Interpersonal relationship awareness, law-abiding and law-abiding consciousness, and cultivate applied talents with perseverance and never-ending defeat of frustration and self-development.
