为了研究谷氨酰胺对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及血浆游离氨基酸含量的影响,试验将16头体重相近的21日龄健康断奶仔猪随机分为2组(对照组和谷氨酰胺组),试验期为21 d,研究在日粮中添加1%谷氨酰胺对仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及血浆游离氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明:1日粮中添加谷氨酰胺有降低仔猪0~14 d和0~21 d腹泻率的趋势,显著降低了15~21 d仔猪料重比(P<0.05)。2日粮中添加谷氨酰胺降低了仔猪血液中白细胞数、淋巴细胞绝对值、单核细胞绝对值(P<0.05)。3添加谷氨酰胺可提高血浆尿素、丝氨酸、半胱氨酸、瓜氨酸、蛋氨酸、酪氨酸、β-丙氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸和色氨酸含量(P<0.05),降低α-氨基丁酸、组氨酸和脯氨酸含量(P<0.05)。说明日粮中添加1%谷氨酰胺可提高仔猪饲料利用率并降低腹泻率,并可改变仔猪血液氨基酸组成,提示谷氨酰胺具有影响部分氨基酸的吸收与转运和改善肠道完整性的作用。
In order to study the effects of glutamine on the growth performance, blood biochemical parameters and plasma free amino acid content in weanling piglets, 16 healthy, weaned piglets of similar body weight at 21 days were randomly divided into two groups (control group and glutamine group) The experimental period was 21 days. The effects of adding 1% glutamine on the growth performance, blood biochemical parameters and plasma free amino acid content in piglets were studied. The results showed that: (1) Glutamine supplementation could reduce the diarrhea rate of 0 ~ 14 d and 0 ~ 21 d piglets, and significantly reduce the feed weight ratio (P <0.05) of piglets from 15 to 21 d. 2 Adding glutamine to the diet reduced the white blood cell count, lymphocyte absolute value and monocyte absolute value (P <0.05). The addition of glutamine increased the levels of plasma urea, serine, cysteine, citrulline, methionine, tyrosine, β-alanine, γ- aminobutyric acid and tryptophan (P <0.05) α-aminobutyric acid, histidine and proline content (P <0.05). The results showed that adding 1% glutamine to the diet could improve feed efficiency and reduce the rate of diarrhea, and change the amino acid composition of piglets, suggesting that glutamine can affect the absorption and transport of some amino acids and improve the intestinal integrity.
