In 2006, when we organized and edited the “topics,” the overall thinking can be summarized as focusing on “curriculum, teachers, and development”, paying attention to the construction of curriculum materials, and paying attention to the development of teachers. The “student development-oriented” curriculum reform concept has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts. How to achieve “based on student development”? An important aspect is that schools should provide students with suitable and personalized education as far as possible when providing quality universal education. Here, a hot spot in the education sector is to address the various types of student development needs. Numerous primary and secondary schools have begun exploring the development and application of school-based curriculum based on student needs. After all, “fit is the best.” Associated with the construction of course materials, the construction of the teaching staff has always been the core of the continuous reform and development of education and teaching. Recognizing the nature of the problem, the next step is how to solve it. Teacher professional development is not a new proposition, but in the context of today’s curriculum reform, how can it be effectively carried out? The next step is how to implement it effectively. This is worth thinking about the principal and teachers. Similarly, in the specific teaching, how can teachers achieve effective learning through various scientific education approaches? This is not a new proposition. However, in the information age and in the context of the general people’s desire for higher education quality, the connotation of this proposition is also developing and changing. This requires our teachers to study and study hard. This kind of study and study will be an endless process, because education is an art that cannot be exhausted.
