初中植物学大纲(征求意见稿)和初中植物学统编教材把采集和制作植物标本,列为教学内容,并要求学生初步掌握这一基本技能.我在教学中体会到:采集和制作植物标本是提高学生对生物课的兴趣爱好,养成动手动脑的良好习惯,培养学生的观察分析能力,牢固掌握基础知识的好方法.具体作法是,把教材里的最后一节实验(即采集和制作植物标本)提前到第二学期开学时上,教师边讲边示范,讲后要求每个学生必须准备一个标本册(利用绘图纸或其它较硬的纸,规格30cm×22cm,订成一册;标本夹可用大型旧杂志代替)并利用课外时间采集制作,采集内容主要是根据教材上讲的如根系、叶形、叶序等,原则上是讲一部分作一部分(季节性强的标本除外). 两年的实践证明,布置学生采集和制作植物标本,有以下几点好处. 1.提高兴趣采集和制作植物标本引起了学生对生物课的浓厚兴趣,他们说,生物课所讲的都是看得到摸得着的东西,在接触大自然中,开阔了眼界,享受到探索大自然的乐趣.学习起来一点不觉得枯燥.在一次题为《难忘的一
