在建材行业中,各种材料种类繁多,性能各异,要确认其是否适宜于本地区的墙体、屋面,必须了解其隔热保温及热传导等性能。传统的现场测试热工参数的方法,要受到自然条件的限制,给测试带来诸多不便。而目前所采用的实验室摸拟室外环境的测试法,由于没有先进的控制系统,自动化程度低,使用不灵活,可控性差,易受干扰影响等,限制了它的使用。
In the building materials industry, a wide variety of materials and a variety of properties are required. To confirm whether they are suitable for the walls and roofs in the region, it is necessary to understand the properties of insulation and heat conduction. The traditional method of on-site testing of thermal parameters is limited by natural conditions, causing inconvenience to the test. However, the currently used laboratory test method for simulating the outdoor environment has limited automation because of its lack of advanced control systems, inflexible use, poor controllability, and vulnerability to interference, limiting its use.
