通过使用动态显示非线性有限元软件eta/Dynaform对汽车前地板纵梁拉深成形进行了数值模拟。通过对拉深筋位置和截面形状等变量的调整,消除了起皱和未充分拉伸现象。利用Dynaform新增的隐式算法进行了回弹过程有限元模拟,通过增加侧整形工序来减少回弹量。这些能为实际生产提供可参考的工艺参数和较合理的工序安排。
Numerical simulations of deep drawing of the front sills of the car were performed by using the eta / Dynaform dynamic nonlinear finite element software. Adjustments to variables such as drawbead position and cross-sectional shape eliminate wrinkling and under-stretching. The finite element simulation of springback process was carried out by using the new implicit algorithm of Dynaform. The springback amount was reduced by increasing the side shaping process. These can provide reference for the actual production process parameters and more reasonable arrangements.
