一切教研活动的开展,都是为了教师的进步、学校的发展、学生的成长。这种模式叫“同课同构”研讨模式;还有一种模式是“同课异构”研讨模式。在初中数学教学中实施校本教研应该坚持“以校为本”的理念,将学校作为教学研究的基地。
All teaching and research activities are carried out for the teachers’ progress, the development of the school and the growth of the students. This model is called “same-class isomorphism ” seminar mode; there is a model is “same-class heterogeneous ” seminar mode. The implementation of school-based teaching and research in junior high school mathematics teaching should adhere to the concept of “school-based” and use the school as a base for teaching and research.
