Determinism and non-determinism are two important trends in understanding the interrelationship between contemporary philosophy and traditional philosophy and in understanding the world we face. In my opinion, they are actually only two different perspectives of observing the world. The basis on which they are founded --- inevitability and contingency or uncertainty, are not the nature of the world itself but the nature of knowing itself. The world itself has no decision or non-decision. It is bound to be divisible by chance. The distinction is made between the judge, the decision-making and the non-decision, the judgments that the judgments are inevitable and accidental only, and the existence of the judgments. Therefore, the decision and non-decision, inevitable and accidental, is only a perspective, not the nature of things themselves. From an overall point of view is inevitable, from the local point of view is an accidental; do not know the reasons for the accident is happened, to know the reasons for the event has become inevitable. After all, determinism and indecisiveness are but beliefs.
