目的:观察真武汤对实验性慢性肾衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:采用“单肾切除加腺嘌呤灌胃法”建立大鼠慢性肾衰竭模型。予真武汤灌胃治疗。每周测体重2、4 h尿量和24 h尿蛋白,给药4周后处死取血测SCr、BUN、血钙、血磷、红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量。结果:真武汤在24 h尿蛋白量、SCr、BUN、血磷、血钙、血红蛋白方面的作用与模型组对比有改善。结论:真武汤对单侧肾切除后腺嘌呤性慢性衰竭大鼠的肾功能具有一定的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on renal function in experimental chronic renal failure rats. Methods: The rat model of chronic renal failure was established by single nephrectomy plus adenine gavage. To Zhenwu Tang gavage treatment. Urine volume and 24-hour urinary protein were measured every week for 2, 4 h. Four weeks after administration, blood was taken to measure SCr, BUN, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, red blood cell count, and hemoglobin content. Results: The effect of Zhenwu Decoction on 24 h urine protein, SCr, BUN, serum phosphorus, serum calcium and hemoglobin was improved compared with the model group. Conclusion: Zhenwu Decoction can improve the renal function of rats with adenine-induced chronic failure after unilateral nephrectomy.
