心房纤颤(AF)是临床上常见的心律失常,其发生是多种机制参与的综合结果。电重构和结构重构是AF触发和维持的必要基础,新近炎症与AF的关系也越来越受到人们的关注。本文旨在综述AF发生过程中,电重构、结构重构与炎症关系的新近研究进展。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a clinically common arrhythmia and its occurrence is a combined result of multiple mechanisms involved. Electrical remodeling and structural remodeling are the necessary foundations for the triggering and maintenance of AF. The relationship between inflammation and AF has drawn more and more attention. This article aims to review recent advances in the relationship between electrical remodeling, structural remodeling and inflammation during AF.
