1.适季栽培根据巴西蘑菇的生长发育条件,栽培季节一般安排在春末夏初和秋季。春季栽培在3—5月份,秋季栽培在9—11月份。播种后,经40～50天开始出菇,要求气温能达到20～28℃为好。由于各地气候条件不同,播种期应灵活掌握。2.培养料的选择、制备及上床(1)培养基选择①玉米秸36%,棉籽壳36%,麦秸11.5%,干鸡粪15%,碳酸钙1%,硫酸铵或尿素0.5%。②稻草70%,干牛粪15%,棉籽壳12.5%,石膏粉1%,过磷酸钙1%,硫酸铵0.5%。③茅草75%,棉籽壳13%,干鸡粪10%,复合肥0.5%,石灰粉1.5%。
