人绒毛股促性腺激素(HCG)的分泌调节机制至今仍不详。本文以人绒毛瘤细胞JAR作为人滋养层细胞的模型,研究了IFNα、TNF-α、M-CSF、TGF-β、UK和NGF等细胞因子对β-HCG分泌的影响。结果显示,IFNα和TNF-α。能显著地促进β-HCG的分泌,并具有剂量依赖性,UK则能显著地抑制β-HCG的分泌,而M-CSF、TGF-β和NGF则无明显作用。细胞活性实验表明.高浓度的IFNα、TNF-α和TGF-β能显著抑制细胞的生长,而其他细胞因子则无作用。以上结果提示,细胞因子可以通过影响人滋养层细胞的生长和分泌而成为其功能活动的重要调节因素。
The mechanism of secretion regulation of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is still unknown. In this study, human choriocarcinoma cell JAR was used as a model of human trophoblast cells to study the effects of cytokines such as IFNα, TNF-α, M-CSF, TGF-β, UK and NGF on β-HCG secretion. The results showed that IFNα and TNF-α.
