铝合金是汽车车身轻量化技术应用的主要材料之一。在汽车制造技术发展中,如何广泛而安全地使用多材质连接技术成为汽车制造的重要发展方向。本文综述了铝合金与铝合金、铝合金与各种高强钢、铝合金与镁合金、铝合金与钛合金以及铝合金与复合材料的连接技术,并分别阐述了机械连接、焊接以及胶结方式在多材质连接中的技术发展现状,指出各种连接方式的局限性和优势所在。这能为实际应用和生产需要提供参考。
Aluminum alloy is one of the main materials used in lightweight automotive body technology. In the development of automobile manufacturing technology, how to widely and safely use multi-material connection technology has become an important development direction of automobile manufacturing.
