提升员工的基本技能是新时期适应新形势、新任务的需要,是当前安全生产的需要,是打造本质安全型矿井的需要,但是在员工技能培训过程中存在着工种多、范围广、技术性强、难度大、时间短,员工的文化水平不一致、学习的自觉性差等因素。要克服以上诸多不利因素,只有把技能培训工作的责任主体和工作重心下移到区队、班组,建立完善的保障机制和检查考核机制,才能使技能培训工作取得实实在在的效果。
