橡胶防老剂 D 是以 N-苯基-β-萘胺(PBNA)为主要成份的通用橡胶防老剂,亦作为聚氯丁二烯的终止剂。PBNA 是β-萘胺(BNA)的结构类似物,后者对人能致膀胱癌,故近来对防老剂 D 的致突、致癌等远期效应的研究有一些报道,现综述如下。一、理化性质防老剂 D 的主要成份是 N-萘基-β萘胺(PBNA,C_(10)H_7NHC_6H_5),纯 PBNA 为白色结晶,工业防老剂 D 略带棕色,熔点108℃,沸点395.5℃,不溶于水,易溶于醇、醚、酮和二甲基亚砜等有机溶剂。试验
