目的:探讨围生期健康教育在妇产科的开展效果。方法:选取2015年1~10月医院的80例孕产妇,根据随机数字法,将其分为围生期常规护理的对照组和围生期健康教育的观察组,每组各40例,根据焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表,评估和比较两组孕产妇焦虑、抑郁状态,自然分娩、剖宫产、母乳喂养发生率,以及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组孕产妇护理后SAS、SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组自然分娩率及母乳喂养率均明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护理满意度显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:围生期健康教育能够有效调整孕产妇心理状态,提升护理满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of perinatal health education in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: A total of 80 pregnant women in the hospital from January to October in 2015 were enrolled. According to the random number method, they were divided into the control group of perinatal general nursing and the observation group of perinatal health education, 40 cases in each group. Anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale, assessment and comparison of maternal anxiety, depression, spontaneous delivery, cesarean section, breastfeeding incidence and nursing satisfaction in both groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly decreased after maternal nursing (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the rates of natural childbirth and breastfeeding in the observation group were significantly increased (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Perinatal health education can effectively adjust maternal psychological status and improve nursing satisfaction.
