文中介绍了抗高温深井复合金属聚磺钻井液的配方组成,室内性能测试结果和在盘深1 井的现场应用实例。正电胶与聚合物,磺化处理剂复配使用时有很好的互补性。正电胶加入聚磺钻井液中,不仅能提高聚磺钻井液的动塑比,而且还能提高聚磺钻井液的抗温能力,改善钻井液抑制性能,从而使形成的复合金属聚磺钻井液体系抗温能力增强,性能稳定,机械钻速得到提高。由此证明该钻井液体系是一种良好的深井钻井液体系之一。
In this paper, the composition of high temperature resistant deep well composite metal polysulfide drilling fluid, indoor performance test results and field application examples in PanShen 1 well are introduced. This proves that the drilling fluid system is a good deep well drilling fluid system.
