目的观察常用消毒剂对我国新发现的腺病毒55型的灭活效果。方法依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》进行病毒灭活试验。结果用含有效氯400 mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒剂作用20 min,600 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒剂作用20 min,含有效碘1 000 mg/L的碘伏溶液作用40 min,对腺病毒55型的灭活对数值均可达到4.00以上;而2 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定和2 000 mg/L苯扎氯铵,作用15 min,灭活对数值分别为2.02与1.65。用含有效氯600 mg/L的次氯酸钠作用20 min,800 mg/L过氧乙酸作用20 min,有效碘浓度为1 500 mg/L碘伏作用60 min条件下,可以完全灭活测试浓度的腺病毒。结论次氯酸钠、过氧乙酸和碘伏等高中效消毒剂可有效灭活腺病毒55型,而醋酸氯己定和苯扎氯铵等低效消毒剂不能完全灭话该病毒。
Objective To observe the inactivation effect of commonly used disinfectants on the newly discovered adenovirus 55 in China. Methods In accordance with the 2002 edition of “disinfection technical specifications” for virus inactivation test. Results The hypochlorite disinfectant containing available chlorine 400 mg / L was used for 20 min and the 600 mg / L peracetic acid disinfectant was used for 20 min. The iodine solution containing 1 000 mg / L iodine was treated for 40 min, 55 inactivation logarithm value can reach more than 4.00; while 2 000 mg / L chlorhexidine acetate and 2 000 mg / L benzalkonium chloride, the role of 15 min, the inactivation logarithm were 2.02 and 1.65. With the concentration of 600 mg / L of sodium hypochlorite containing effective chlorine 20 min, 800 mg / L peracetic acid for 20 min, the effective iodine concentration of 1 500 mg / L iodophor for 60 min, the test concentration can completely inactivated gland virus. Conclusions High efficiency disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite, peracetic acid and iodophor can effectively inactivate adenovirus type 55, while inefficient disinfectants such as chlorhexidine acetate and benzalkonium chloride can not completely destroy the virus.
