近年来,社会发展速度不断加快经济也在飞速增长当中,对于企业来说是一个新的发展时期。对于企业的人力资源管理也是面临着新的挑战,需要培养创新型人才,建立人力资源管理机制,并利用管理工具来进行人力资源的管理。目前人力资源管理已经得到了普遍的关注,利用经济与管理工具提升人力资源管理的质量和效率已经成了热点话题。本文首先对人力资源管理的结构进行了分析,结合实际的特点,对管理工具的应用策略进行了建议。
In recent years, the social development is accelerating. The economy is also growing rapidly, which is a new period of development for enterprises. Human resources management of enterprises is also facing new challenges. It is necessary to cultivate innovative talents, establish human resources management mechanisms, and use management tools to manage human resources. At present, human resources management has gained widespread attention.
