教学手段的现代化是现代化教育的重要组成部分,是教学改革的一项重要内容。近两年来我们利用现代化的教学手段——实验录像指导部分生物学实验课,收到了较好的教学效果。与传统的实验教学相比,实验录像教学有以下几个特点: 一、明显增加实验的有效时间 用传统的教学方法做《观察植物细胞的有丝分裂》实验,解离需要10~15分钟,漂洗需10分钟,染色需3~5分钟,这样教师演示一次共需25~30分钟时间,教师做完后,学生再动手操作,一课时难以完成,即使完成,效果也不够理想。应用录像手段后,教师演示时间缩短到8分钟,然后在教师的指导下,学生动手操作,使整个实验过程紧凑、完整、一气呵成,明显增加了实验的有效时间。再如《叶绿体中色素的提取和分离》实验,用传统的方法,教师演示需要15~20分钟,学生自己动手还需要20~25分钟,这样,虽然实验做完了,但是没有小结的时间。应用录像后,挤出时
