本文探讨了大豆在子叶期和鼓粒期的耐阴性与叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的关系。结果表明:不同耐阴级别的大豆SOD活性差异明显,子叶期变化无一定规律,鼓粒期无论单作或间作,耐阴品种的酶活性高于不耐阴品种,这可作为鉴别耐阴性的一项生理指标。在单作条件下,多数品种子叶期的酶活性高于鼓粒期。在鼓粒期,单作的酶活性又高于间作。大豆SOD活性与叶绿素含量有一定的关系:鼓粒期不论单作或间作,叶片SOD活性高的,其叶绿素含量也高。
In this paper, the relationship between the negative tolerance of soybean and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) in leaves at the cotyledon and the drumming stage was explored. The results showed that there was significant difference in SOD activity between different shade tolerance levels and no change in cotyledon rule. Enzyme activities of tolerant and tolerant varieties were higher than those of non-tolerant varieties in drum stage, A physiological indicator. Under monoculture condition, the enzyme activity of cotyledon stage of most varieties was higher than that of drum stage. In the drum grain stage, single-enzyme activity was higher than intercropping. Soybean SOD activity and the content of chlorophyll has a certain relationship: regardless of single or intercropping drum stage, leaves SOD activity is high, its chlorophyll content is also high.
