目的探索综合干预法在改善胃癌根治术后化疗患者营养状况中的作用。方法取医院行胃癌根治术化疗患者106例,按照护理方法划分为对照组与观察组各53例,分别给予常规护理与综合干预法,比较3个月后两组患者护理后患者体重指数、淋巴细胞、血清白蛋白以及血红蛋白等指标。结果两组患者护理后各项指标比较,体重指数比较,观察组优于对照组(16.95±1.67);淋巴细胞计数比较,观察组(1.48±0.08)×10~9/L优于对照组(1.22±0.07)×10~9/L;血清白蛋白比较,观察组(33.94±3.65)g/L优于对照组(23.85±2.42)g/L;血红蛋白比较,观察组(112.49±3.57)g/L优于对照组(98.25±3.76)g/L。各项指标体重指数、淋巴细胞计数、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白等比较,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论影响胃癌根治术后化疗期患者营养状况的因素有许多,综合的护理干预措施能够使患者营养状况得以改善,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the role of comprehensive intervention in improving the nutritional status of patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 106 patients underwent radical gastrectomy and chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing method, and were given routine nursing and comprehensive intervention respectively. After 3 months, the body mass index, Cells, serum albumin and hemoglobin and other indicators. Results Compared with the control group (16.95 ± 1.67), the index of lymphocyte in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (1.48 ± 0.08) × 10 ~ 9 / L after nursing 1.22 ± 0.07) × 10 ~ 9 / L, serum albumin, the observation group (33.94 ± 3.65) g / L better than the control group (23.85 ± 2.42) g / L; hemoglobin, the observation group (112.49 ± 3.57) g / L better than the control group (98.25 ± 3.76) g / L. The index body mass index, lymphocyte count, serum albumin, hemoglobin and other comparisons, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion There are many factors affecting the nutritional status of patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical operation of gastric cancer. The comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the nutritional status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
