本文采用 SCL—90和生活事件量表对1088名中学生进行了调查,SCL—90结果显示强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、偏执是中学生常见的心理不良反应。回归分析发现与中学生心理不良反应有关的主要生活事件有20项,主要来自家庭和学校管教过严、担心升学失败、失恋等方面的紧张性事件,这些紧张性生活事件是中学生心理卫生咨询和干预的重点。
In this paper, 1088 middle school students were investigated using SCL-90 and Life Events Scale. SCL-90 results showed that coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and paranoid were the common psychological reactions among middle school students. Regression analysis found that there are 20 major life events related to the psychological reactions of middle school students, mainly from the severe discipline of family and school, fear of failure to go to school, loss of love and other aspects of stressful events.
