今年是《档案法》颁布十五年，为加强机关档案工作的依法理，提高机关档案工作水平，以适入世后政府转变职能的需要，省大决定由省人大科教文卫委员会省档案局联合对县级以上各类机（含开发区机关)贯彻实施《档法》、《档案法实施办法》、《浙江实施档案法办法》的情况进检查
