目的 探讨有机氟加工业对工人的免疫系统及血脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法 对 48名有机氟作业工人及 2 6名不接触任何毒物的健康者 ,进行血T 淋巴细胞酯酶 (T ANAE)计数、免疫球蛋白 (IgG、IgA、IgM )含量、超氧化物歧化酶同工酶活力 (SOD、Mn SOD、CuZn SOD)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量测定。结果 接触组的T ANAE计数降低 ,SOD、Mn SOD活力下降 ,MDA含量升高有显著意义 ,IgG、IgA、IgM含量差别不显著。结论 长期从事有机氟加工业 ,对机体T淋巴细胞系统的抑制作用较B淋巴细胞系统明显 ,同时可引起机体脂质过氧化作用增强
Objective To investigate the effects of organofluorine industry on workers’ immune system and lipid peroxidation. Methods Twenty - four organic fluoride workers and 26 healthy persons without any toxicants were enrolled in this study. T ANAE counts, immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM), superoxide dismutase The activities of isoenzyme (SOD, Mn SOD, CuZn SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results T ANAE count decreased, SOD, Mn SOD activity decreased, and MDA content increased significantly in the exposure group. There was no significant difference in the contents of IgG, IgA and IgM between the two groups. CONCLUSIONS Long-term involvement in organofluorine processing industry has shown a significant inhibitory effect on the T lymphocyte system of the body compared to that of the B lymphocyte system, and at the same time, the body’s lipid peroxidation is enhanced
