采用有限元方法对控制棒驱动机构电机密封壳电磁特性进行研究,通过分析不同密封壳材料导磁性能、结构尺寸等因素下的电机输出转矩结果,研究各因素对电机电磁特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,有限元分析方法可较为准确地获取驱动机构电机密封壳的电磁特性,大幅减少设计时间,降低样机试验成本。
The electromagnetic characteristics of the motor seal shell of the control rod drive mechanism were studied by using the finite element method. The influence of various factors on the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor was studied by analyzing the output torque of the motor under different magnetic permeability, structure size and other factors. The results show that the finite element analysis method can obtain the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor seal shell of the driving mechanism more accurately, greatly reduce the design time and reduce the prototype test cost.
