目的 研究绵马贯众的化学成分。方法 采用GC MS对从绵马贯众中经硅胶柱层析得到的油状物进行成分分析鉴定。结果 从抗疟有效部位A中经硅胶柱层析得到一油状物 ,采用GC MS色谱仪从该油状物中分离出 17个色谱峰并鉴定了其中的 12个成分。结论 12个成分分别为丁基环己烷、顺式十氢萘、1-甲基乙基 -环己烷、9- (1-甲基亚乙基 ) -二环 [6 1 0 ]壬烷、环己烷基环己烷、(- ) - 3,7,7-三甲基 - 11-亚甲基 -螺 [5 5 ]十一 - 2 -烯、[1S - (1α ,3aβ ,4α ,8aβ) ]-十氢- 4,8,8-三甲基 - 9-亚甲基 - 9- 1,4 -亚甲基奥、3,7,11-三甲基 - 2 ,6 ,10 -三烯十二烷 - 1-醇、石竹烯、2 ,3,4 ,4a ,5 ,6 -六氢 - 1,4a -二甲基 - 7- (1-甲基乙基 ) -萘、[1aR - (1aα ,7α ,7a ,7b) ]- 1a ,2 ,3,5 ,6 ,7,7a ,7b -八氢 - 1,1,7,7a -四甲基 - 1H -环丙烷 [a]萘、α -姜黄烯 ,均为首次从该植物中鉴定
Objective To study the chemical composition of Mianma Guanzhong. Methods GC MS was used to analyze and identify the oils obtained by silica gel column chromatography. Results An oil was obtained on silica gel column chromatography from the antimalarial active site A, and 17 peaks were separated from the oil by GC MS chromatography and 12 components were identified. Conclusion The 12 components are butylcyclohexane, cis-decahydronaphthalene, 1-methylethyl-cyclohexane, 9-(1-methylethylidene)-bicyclo[6] 0]nonane, and ring respectively. Hexylcyclohexane, (-)-3,7,7-trimethyl-11-methylene-spiro[5-5]undec-2-ene, [1S-(1α,3aβ,4α,8aβ) )-Tetrahydro-4,8,8-trimethyl-9-methylene-9-l,4-methyleneoxide, 3,7,11-trimethyl-2,6,10-tris Aldodecane-1-ol, caryophyllene, 2,3,4,4a,5,6-hexahydro-1,4a-dimethyl-7-(1-methylethyl)-naphthalene, [1aR - (1aα,7α,7a,7b) ]- 1a,2,3,5,6,7,7a,7b-octahydro-1,1,7,7a-tetramethyl-1H-cyclopropane[a] Naphthalene, alpha-curcumene, all identified from this plant for the first time
