桥式起重机主梁的优化设计结果虽然在减轻主梁自重方面效果明显,但在工程实际中优化设计所得的方案大多无人问津,企业一般更倾向于利用传统经验来设计桥式起重机主梁。文中通过探究桥式起重机主梁优化设计的规律,结合生产实际,讨论其主梁优化设计的本质问题,用VC++6.0开发优化设计软件,实现理论与生产实际相结合,兼顾结构轻量化和实际使用条件的限制,尊重设计者的决策权。
Although the optimization design results of bridge girder main girder have obvious effect in alleviating the deadweight of the main girder, most of the solutions which are optimized in engineering practice are unattended, and enterprises generally prefer to use the traditional experience to design the girder of overhead traveling crane. In this paper, by exploring the law of optimization design of main girder of overhead traveling crane and the actual production, discussing the essential problem of main girder optimization design, the optimal design software is developed by VC ++ 6.0 to realize the combination of theory and production actuality, Restrictions on the actual conditions of use, respect for the designer’s decision-making power.
