本文介绍一种用光电效应原理测量内燃机针阀升程的方法和一种能产生同一循环的上止点,喷油始点及针阀升程等多种信息的发生器。针阀升程光电测量方法比一般电容式或电感式测量方法具有较强的抗干扰能力,并且工作可靠、电路简单和调试使用方便。本发生器还可触发控制高速摄影机将同一循环的上止点、喷油始点两标记拍摄到同一胶片上。这为燃烧过程作准确的定量分析提供了很重要的依据,并进一步推动了高速摄影技术在内燃机燃烧过程研究中的应用。
This paper presents a method of measuring the lift of a needle valve of an internal combustion engine using the principle of photoelectric effect and a generator capable of generating various kinds of information such as top dead center, injection start point and needle valve lift of the same cycle. Needle lift photoelectric measurement method than the general capacitive or inductive measurement method has strong anti-interference ability, and reliable, simple circuit and easy to use debugging. The generator can also trigger the control of high-speed camera will be the same cycle of top dead center, the beginning of the injection point two markers shot on the same film. This provides an important basis for accurate quantitative analysis of the combustion process and further promotes the application of high-speed photographic technology in the combustion process of an internal combustion engine.
