在田间收集发病苜蓿菌核,经PDA培养基再生培养,紫花苜蓿分枝期将菌核分别接种到“三得利”、“WL324”、“阿尔刚金”和“FGC901”品种上,研究接种三叶草核盘菌对紫花苜蓿叶片相关生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:品种“三得利”与“WL324”抗性相对较高,“阿尔刚金”与“FGC901”抗性相对较低;抗性品种“三得利”SOD酶活性早期增加,后期下降,感性品种“FGC901”变化趋势相反;接种后抗性品种POD酶活性与感性品种相比呈下降趋势,CAT酶活性整体高于感性品种,而PAL酶活性无规律性变化;抗性品种后期MDA、脯氨酸含量增幅减少,可溶性蛋白含量下降幅度降低.
The diseased alfalfa sclerotia collected in the field was regenerated and cultured by PDA medium. The sclerotium of alfalfa was inoculated into “Suntory”, “WL324”, “Argold” and “FGC901 The effects of inoculation with S. sclerotiorum on the physiological and biochemical indexes of alfalfa leaves were studied.The results showed that the varieties Suntory and WL324 had relatively high resistance and Algonquin FGC901 ”had a relatively lower resistance; the activity of SOD of resistant cultivar “ Suntory ”increased earlier and then decreased, and the trend of“ FGC901 ”was the opposite; the activities of POD and susceptible cultivars Compared with the decreasing trend, CAT activity was higher than that of the susceptible variety, but the PAL enzyme activity had no regular change; MDA and proline content decreased at the late stage of resistant varieties, and the decrease of soluble protein content decreased.
