目的:探讨脱细胞真皮基质黏膜组织补片(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)应用于外耳道成形术以及其临床疗效。方法:2004年6月至2007年6月在我院因外耳道狭窄行外耳道成形术或(和)乳突根治术的10例患者(10耳),所有病例予以修复材料ADM修复,观察和总结其术后效果。结果:10例患者10耳随访6个月～2年,10耳均未出现排斥反应,8耳外耳道宽敞,1耳外耳道轻度狭窄放置扩张管后未狭窄,1例外耳道基底细胞癌复发。结论:ADM的组织相容性好,厚薄适宜,手术操作简便,是一种应用于外耳道成形术中安全有效的修复材料。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of acellular dermal matrix (ADM) in external auditory canal angioplasty. Methods: From June 2004 to June 2007, 10 patients (10 ears) underwent external auditory canal angioplasty or external mastoidectomy in our hospital from June 2004 to June 2007. All cases were treated with ADM as a repair material and observed and summarized Postoperative effect. Results: 10 patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years in 10 ears. There was no rejection in 10 ears. The external auditory meatus was wide in 8 ears. There was no stenosis after placement of dilatation tube in 1 small external auditory canal and 1 case of external auditory canal basal cell carcinoma. Conclusion ADM has good histocompatibility, suitable thickness and easy operation. It is a safe and effective repair material for external auditory canal angioplasty.
