目的:研究黄山贡菊高效液相色谱指纹图谱的建立方法,为其质量控制和科学评价提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定28种不同来源的菊花样品,用药典委员会颁布的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A进行评价,建立共有模式。结果:建立了黄山贡菊的指纹图谱,确定了12个共有峰,各贡菊样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.96以上,与其他菊花品种的相似度均小于0.86。结论:此方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于黄山贡菊药材质量控制与评价。
OBJECTIVE: To study the method of HPLC fingerprint of Gongsunhuang in Huangshan Mountain and provide the basis for its quality control and scientific evaluation. Methods: Chrysanthemum samples from 28 different sources were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and evaluated with the 2004A Evaluation System for Fingerprint Similarity of Chromatography Fingerprinted by the Pharmacopoeia Commission to establish a common mode. Results: The fingerprint of Huangshan Gongju was established and 12 common peaks were identified. The similarity of fingerprints and control fingerprints of each sample was above 0.96, and the similarity with other chrysanthemum varieties was less than 0.86. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Huangshan Gongju.
